Yes, at this time Bond on Mint offers one parking spot per apartment home at no additional cost. If you would like a reserved parking space at an additional fee monthly please contact the leasing office for details.

Bond on mint is only an eight minute walk away to the Carson Station-LYNX Blue Line.

Do you have a dog park?
Yes! Our fenced-in dog park is the perfect off-leash spot for your pup to run, roam, and make new friends. While offering a full agility course.

What are the pool hours?
Our resort-style pool is open from 8am-9pm, so you have plenty of time to soak up the sun or enjoy a relaxing swim.
Do all homes have balconies?
Majority of apartment homes at Bond on Mint have some form of balcony. But this does very based on specific floorplan type.
Can guests use the amenities?
Residents are welcome to bring up to two guests per leaseholder to enjoy the amenities. Just make sure the leaseholder is present during the visit.
Is grilling allowed?
Yes, located on our Veranda we have two grilling stations available for resident use.
Who provides internet at Bond on Mint?
Our community is pre-wired by Pavlov Internet, additional details will be provided at time of tour.
Do the apartments include a washer and dryer?
Yes, every apartment includes full-sized washer and dryer sets so you can enjoy the ease of in-home laundry from the day you move in.
Do you have elevators?
Yes, We have four elevators total. Located on both sides of the parking garage for the easiest access possible.
