PET POLICY
At Bond on Mint, we believe your pet deserves the same level of elegance and comfort you do. With thoughtfully designed spaces and plenty of room to roam, we offer a refined, pet-friendly environment where your furry companions can live as luxuriously as you do.
We are a pet-friendly community allowing 2 pets per unit with a combined weight limit of 85 pounds. Monthly pet rent is $25. One-time pet fee is $350 ($450 for 2 pets). Qualified service animals are always welcome without additional fees or rent. Veterinary documentation must be provided to include breed, weight once fully grown, and current vaccination records at the time of occupancy. Pet policies are subject to management's discretion.
